Respect; For our colleagues, clients and anyone we work with! Speak and act respectfully to everyone we encounter, even if you are not being shown the same in return, hold your head high. Respect can only be earned, and it is achieved when there is mutual effort applied. Also respect for ourselves and our time – we know our worth!
Trust; Trust develops when people demonstrate their reliability, and positive commitment. Actions speak louder than words in this instance, if you say something will be done, do it! Trust in one another to get the job done right, to be able to ask questions and look after each other as a team.

We are committed to providing consistent, first class service for all our clients (sellers and buyers). We have listened carefully to our past client’s feedback and have subsequently created our customer service promise below which is the same for Vendors and Purchasers alike;

- Detailed Vetting Process
SALES - We will ensure that a sale is agreed to a purchaser who is in a financially viable position to proceed. We do this by a senior member of our team carrying out detailed due diligence on the buyer at the point of an offer is received. We ask them to provide us with proof of deposit funds and an approved AIP (mortgage agreement in principle) along with their mortgage brokers details. This process will save you a lot of time in the long run.
LETTINGS - You engage us to source high calibre and reliable tenants for your property. We do this by a senior member of our team conducting an in office or a virtual interview with the potential tenants at the point of an offer being received. We will ask them several probing questions and then will report back to you with our advice on whether to proceed or not based on intangible factors such as integrity, honesty, character and personality. This added filter will save you a lot of headache in the long run.
- Sensational Communication – We place great emphasis on communicating with our clients regularly and we understand the frustration involved when calls and emails are not returned swiftly. We will keep you updated, every step of the way.
SALES - Right from the start our valuers will clearly explain the procedure during their initial valuation visit and will also be ready to answer your technical queries at any time during process. We will also provide you with regular feedback after viewings. All offers made on your property are relayed in ‘real time’.
LETTINGS - We keep you informed of compliances, renewals and manage maintenance requests. We are there with trades to fully understand the problem and provide you with regular, detailed updates – we know our clients really appreciate this!
