This may take up to seven working days from when you log a request, therefore please take this into consideration. Anything that possesses an imminent risk to Health & Safety will of course be dealt with immediately.
Once your landlord approves the job request, a quote will be obtained from our suppliers which will require a home visit. In some cases more than one quote is required and it may take up to seven working days for the landlord to give approval to proceed. Once approved your maintenance issue will be categorised as one of the priority statuses below and dealt with accordingly. Where the issue is caused by the actions or inactions of the tenant, they may be expected to pay the cost of any associated invoices.
